NORTH AMERICAN DATABASE (NADB) - Use Loadlink to access the TransCore's DAT Services database. With over 15,000 members, TransCore's DAT Services is the largest load and equipment matching service in the U.S. Subscribers to this service are able to search for information from both TransCore Link Logistics and DAT Services with a single request. For an additional fee, NADB subscribers can have access to Transcredit credit reports on all U.S based load posters on the DAT System.

LINKCREDIT – Receive unlimited online credit reports on all Loadlink subscribers from Dun & Bradstreet and Equifax. Receive updated reports weekly. With daily alert notifications from Equifax, you are can be among the first to know of any significant credit issues, including legal action, collection activity, NSF cheques and more. Finally, all Linkcredit subscribers can purchase detailed credit reports from Equifax for only $35.00, a 30% savings from their normal price of $49.50.

QUICKPAY - All Linkcredit and Linkplatinum subscribers are also eligible to take advantage of our Quickpay program that is offered in conjunction with Riviera finance. If you and see a load with a “$” sign beside it, the load has been pre-approved for factoring. If you are registered with Riviera, you can contact them to factor the load and receive up to 90% of the invoice value in as little as 24 hours. Unlike other factoring services, Loadlink’s Quickpay program is non-recourse.
CARRIER SEARCH – Receive calls simply from posting your trucks. View all available equipment by state or province or for any region in North America. Sort the information by vehicle type, origin, destination, carrier name and/or date available. Do you have a shipper with a load in a new lane? View all the posted trucks are in the area before you send your truck to that destination. Ensure you don’t get stuck without a backhaul.

PRIVATE MEMBERS – Do you have friends and established partners in the industry that you prefer dealing with? Would you like to post your information to a select group of Loadlink subscribers only? Only Loadlink allows you to post your loads to a specified list of subscribers that you want to see your postings.

LINK OPSCENTER – Link Opscenter is a powerful integrated dispatch solution that allows carriers & brokers to manage their operations with one package that can be accessed from any Internet connection. By integrating your dispatch board with freight matching, LinkOpscenter puts all the tools you need to run your operation under one roof.

INSURANCE & OPERATING AUTHORITY CONFIRMATION SERVICE (IOAC) – View confirmed insurance details and operating authorities for all carriers in the Loadlink system. TransCore Link Logistics tracks insurance expiry dates to make sure policies stay in effect and we review Canadian and U.S. Transportation Authority listings to verify U.S. DOT#, MC# and much more. You will know at a glance whether the potential counter party has proper authorities to handle your freight.

ACE – Submit your ACE manifests directly to CBP through the quick and efficient TransCore Tradepalette. Receive notification when your truck has been cleared to approach the border. For easy after hours service, fax your paperwork to us and we’ll enter the information without any delays.

E*MILER.com powered by PC*MILER – Mileage & routing can be used to generate truck-specific routes, maps and driving directions across North America –quickly & cost effectively. Access over 700,000 miles of truck-specific highways, 6000 truckstops and over 300,000 cities, towns and points of interest.

FUEL & MILEAGE REPORTING – TransCore offers full-service fuel and mileage tax preparation and filing with monthly and quarterly management reports
